What does this role involve?

This is a full-time remote role focused on sales, client onboarding, and customer support for our residential cleaning brands. You’ll follow up with inbound leads after chatbot contact, schedule discovery calls, quote prices, and guide clients through booking. You’ll also help support new clients during their first two months and handle incoming questions or concerns with empathy and professionalism.

What hours will I be working?

This is a full-time role (44 hours/week), working U.S. Eastern Time (Monday–Saturday). You’ll have consistent hours and structured responsibilities, with some flexibility based on client needs.

Is this a commission-based role?

Yes! You'll earn a base pay of $670–850 USD/month, depending on experience, plus commissions and bonuses based on client sales and retention. We expect our top performers to be taking home $1,600–$ 2,000 per month.

Do I need previous experience in sales or home services?

Yes. We’re specifically looking for someone with strong English and a proven track record in sales or client onboarding. Bonus if you’ve worked with U.S. clients or in a home service business.

What happens after I apply?
